Who runs the Scheme & Fund?
Although the Trustee is legally responsible for managing the Scheme, the day-to-day administration is handled by the Pensions Office and investing of funds by the Investment Office. To find out more about each – click on the buttons at the bottom of the page.
Active members will usually find their queries can be quickly handled by their local Pay Centre. However, if any member or beneficiary needs to contact the Pensions Office, then please click on the “Contact Points” button to the right.
The Scheme is registered with the Pension Schemes Registry, number 101106385. It is a contracted-out defined benefits arrangement and is administered in-house.
