Who Can Join the DC Section?
New eligible employees are offered the opportunity to join the DC Section.
If you decide to join the DC Section you will be asked to complete a Joiners' Notice and to provide evidence of your date of birth. This information should be returned to your HR representative who will forward copies to HR Shared Services and the Pensions Office.
If you decide not to join the DC Section, or subsequently opt-out, your employer will write to you to explain the alternative arrangements that will apply to you under auto-enrolment legislation.
