Member Survey 2013
Questionnaires were issued to 3,000 Scheme members in May 2013 to guage the effectiveness of the Scheme's communications and quality of service provided. Members were drawn at random from the Scheme's four membership categories: Employee Members, Deferred Pensioners, Pensioners and Dependants with equal numbers from each category.
The survey attracted a good response: about a quarter replied and the vast majority of them were complimentary about their experiences. Please click on the links below for further details on the results obtained.
